'I am the problem. It's me': Senators quote Taylor Swift during Ticketmaster hearing

During a hearing on the live entertainment ticketing industry, senators and witnesses leaned heavily on Taylor Swift's lyrics to make their points. The hearing came about after Ticketmaster mishandled selling Swift's concert tickets in November.
